Location: Ioplin, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM | No Weekends
Pay: $17–$20/hr | Hiring Immediately

What You’ll Do Be the face (and voice) of Phoenix—answer calls, greet guests, and guide them to the right person Keep things running smoothly with strong organization and multitasking skills Jump in to help where needed and support office operations Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care Maintain accurate documentation and assist with communication between departments What You Bring A positive, welcoming attitude—you set the tone for everyone who enters Excellent phone and people skills; calm under pressure Prior office or administrative experience (healthcare experience a bonus) Comfortable with Excel, Word, and multi-line phone systems Reliable, professional, and always ready to help the team Why You’ll Love Phoenix Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–5 (no weekends!)
