The Front Desk Agent is the welcoming face of the Dellshire Resort, responsible for creating a warm and inviting first impression for every guest. This position ensures an exceptional arrival and departure experience while efficiently managing guest inquiries, reservations, and requests. The Front Desk Agent plays a key role in upholding the resort’s service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Greet all guests with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.Check guests in and out of the resort accurately and efficiently.Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the property management system.Provide detailed information about resort amenities, dining options, and local attractions.Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests, following up to ensure complete satisfaction.Handle payment transactions, verify billing accuracy, and process cash or credit card payments.Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Maintain a well-organized and tidy front desk area, ensuring materials and supplies are stocked.Adhere to all security and privacy policies to protect guest information and resort assets.Uphold Dellshire Resort’s values of exceptional guest service, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction.What are we looking for?
Who You Are
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related degree preferred.Minimum one year of front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong computer and administrative skills; experience with property management systems (such as Opera or similar) preferred.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.Other duties as assigned by Manager.Join us in creating something extraordinary.
