Job Requirements: As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in delivering top-notch service that exceeds expectations. Your responsibilities will include: Warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival to create a positive and lasting first impression. Efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction. Managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area. Providing accurate information about the hotel, rooms, rates, Hilton Honors program, and amenities. Accurately processing payments, managing cash transactions, and balancing your cash drawer. Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction. Upholding Hilton brand standards and promoting a service culture that delights our guests. Supporting your team and contributing to a safe, respectful, and positive work environment. Qualifications A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A passion for customer service with a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but optional. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office is a plus. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $22.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
