About our property:

Originally opened in 1949, the Beachcomber's name captures the essence of the property. It's all about the beach. Put your toes in the sand and soak in the sun on 200 feet of private beachfront. As was the norm in the early iterations of Florida hotels, Beachcomber's rooms all open up to a lush courtyard featuring tropical gardens, pools and endless spots to relax in the shade. No matter where you are, at the Beachcomber, you're always just steps from the beach and within earshot of live music emanating from our legendary beach bar, Jimmy B's!  

What you will have an opportunity to do:

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our resort!


This role plays a key part in creating memorable first and last impressions by delivering warm service, efficient check-ins and check-outs, and genuine hospitality throughout every guest interaction.

What You’ll Do

Greet guests with a positive, professional, and welcoming attitude

Handle check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest requests

Provide information about the resort, amenities, and local attractions

Accurately process payments and maintain guest accounts

Respond to guest concerns with care and a solutions-oriented mindset

Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, and leadership teams

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

What are we looking for?

Qualifications

Previous customer service or hospitality experience in a resort setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings

Basic computer skills, hotel system experience preferred (Maestro experience a plus, not required)

Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
