**Job Description:**
**Key Responsibilities** **:**
+ Check forecast and update PO/VC information in the system as required.
+ Coordinate with shipper to confirm cargo readiness and obtain shipment detail.
+ Handle booking process upon receipt of SO and communicate with carriers to secure space and sailing schedules in accordance with routing guide.
+ Release booking confirmation to shipper and work with the CFS warehouse to ensure smooth operation.
+ Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions and VGM to carriers; issue HBL/FCR to shippers.
+ Ensure ISF/AMS filing and related data entry (CW1/OW) are completed accurately and on time
+ Request and audit shipping documents carefully to prevent clearance delays at destination.
+ Track & trace shipments and update if any delays.
+ Review billing details to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
**Work Experience / Education** :
+ University Graduation in related field.
+ Having experience (1-2 years) in freight forwarding.
+ Good computer literacy
+ Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English
+ Have teamwork attitude & problem-solving skills
+ Able to work under pressure
+ Diligent, detail oriented
