**Job Title: Freight Handler** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Freight Handlers in a dynamic warehouse environment. Candidates will be responsible for performing all duties related to handling freight, including unloading/loading from containers, palletizing, and performing quality checks on products. **Responsibilities** + Hand load and unload freight from inbound/outbound containers. + Pick orders from lower level racking using a push cart. + Verify contents of packages prior to shipping. + Package contents into boxes. + Ship products in a timely fashion. + Maintain high productivity to meet production levels and standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience with loading and unloading freight. + Familiarity with paperwork related to shipping and receiving. + Ability to handle materials and pack efficiently. + Proficiency in using RF scanners. + Warehouse inventory management. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. repeatedly, with occasional lifting of 120 lbs. between two people. + Strong attention to detail, especially when reading numbers. + Willingness to unload trucks for the entirety of the shift. **Why Work Here** Enjoy premium pay compared to the market and benefit from a streamlined onboarding process with no drug screening required. Forklifts are constantly in operation within the facility and maneuvering in and out of containers. The shifts are Monday through Friday, with options for day shifts from 7am to 3:30pm and swing shifts from 3pm to 11:30pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sumner, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
