Job Description:
Hiring for highly motivated Logistics Operations Specialists to support the daily movement of freight across our North American fulfillment network.
In this role, you’ll coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient freight movement. You’ll use data to identify trends, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement in transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily freight operations and resolve transportation issuesCommunicate with external partners (carriers, vendors, suppliers) to ensure service excellenceAnalyze data from multiple sources (Excel, Access, SQL, etc.) to support decision-makingMonitor appointment and arrival times, identifying trends and recommending improvementsCreate weekly reports and narratives summarizing performance and variancesEscalate issues and follow through to resolutionLead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyCollaborate with tech teams to define business and functional requirements for tools and systemsDevelop and track performance metrics to drive resultsTop Skills:
Customer service and conflict resolutionOperations and logistics coordinationProficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain (preferred but not required)Background in customer account management, escalation handling, or analytical rolesAbility to manage multiple inputs and resolve issues independentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentExperience Level:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
