FP Movement is seeking an individual to support across all types of talent partnerships - including but not limited to athletes, campaign talent, and influencers. The Associate Director of Influencer Relations, FP Movement will be heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of such partnerships and must be comfortable communicating directly with talent and/or their management teams. Furthermore, this role will handle talent outfitting, social post monitoring, and campaign reporting to ensure successful partnerships from start to finish.
Role Responsibilities· Support with day-to-day operations of talent partnerships, including talent outfitting, social post monitoring, campaign reporting, etc.
· Research on-brand talent for future partnerships and compile pitch decks for leadership as needed
· Coordinate uniform and apparel kits for long-term athlete partners
· Assist with talent-related logistical elements of photo and video shoots
· Ensure talent content is uploaded to appropriate internal drives and shared with key cross-functional partners
· Assist with monthly and quarterly recaps, in addition to monitoring talent performance daily
· Support with expense tracking and updating project trackers regularly
· Assist onsite as needed for brand activations, shoot days, etc. (some occasional night and weekend events/shoots required)

Pay Range USD $70,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
