We have an incredible opening for a Certified Nursing Assistant/Medication Tech to join our team! This role is full time and pays $22-$27 per hour DOE
Our CNA/Med Techs:
Read, understand, and follow the resident’s individually designed ADL directivesMake accurate chart notes daily on residents’ conditions, and chart on flow sheets and report any changes to supervisorAssist residents with toileting, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, nail clipping, and dressingAssist in serving meals, leading and attending activitiesRemain current with all changes regarding residents and department operations; check schedules and activities to assist residents as necessaryAssist in the admission and discharge of residentsRecord vital signs and conditions on a scheduled basis or as neededProvide verbal and physical assists to residents in transfers/ambulationAnswer lights and other calls for assistance promptly and report any possible safety hazardsMaintain neat and clean work areasKeep resident rooms in order; provides comfortable, clean, safe environment at all times; dress residents as conditions requireEnsure assigned residents are provided an opportunity to participate in social, physical, creative, and spiritual activities of their choiceIn addition, our CNAs who are Medication Techs/Aides/Managers:
Provide our residents their daily medications, in accordance with the guidance of their prescribing clinicians.What you need to succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized trainingMust have a current CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing.For Med Techs/Medication Managers, must be certified Med Tech/Medication Aide/Medication Manager with requisite state/local training certificate. Must have current CPR/First Aid certificationMust be able to read/write/speak sufficiently in English in order to complete responsibilities of the positionCompletion of background check, drug test, and may require other pre-employment tasks such as fingerprint, physical, and TB test as required by state/local guidelines.
