As key members of the CoE, the newly created **Franchise Launch Excellence (FLEX)** role will be responsible for **partnering with the Global Respiratory TA Head** & **Global Gastroenterology TA Head** to develop a launch strategy and plan that matches the ambition of the brand with an understanding of opportunities in the market and the needs of the business. The FLEX role will be responsible for **overseeing the implementation of a new launch blueprint** that is consistent across all assets. The FLEX Lead for Respiratory & Gastroenterology will work with the cross-functional team to drive an innovative and best-in-class launch across the Respiratory and Gastroenterology portfolios. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.​ **Main Responsibilities:** The FLEX Lead for Respiratory & Gastroenterology will be responsible for the following: **Launch Strategy Support** + Strategic advisor to the Global Respiratory & Gastroenterology TA Heads and to the Global Respiratory & Gastroenterology TA Teams to drive development and execution of a launch strategy to outperform expectations. + Partners with Global Respiratory & Gastroenterology TA Heads and the Global Respiratory & Gastroenterology TA Teams in the development of the launch strategy – for global and country teams – to achieve our ambition of being a company that is recognized for best-in-class launches. + Organizes Global Brand Team meetings and outputs, ensuring follow-up on actions cross functionally. + Develops and leverages insights to optimize launch planning across the launch lifecycle. **Launch Plan Oversight and Execution** + In partnership with the Global Respiratory & Gastroenterology TA Heads, the Global Respiratory & Gastroenterology TA Teams, and country representatives, oversees the development and execution of the Sanofi launch blueprint. + Provide launch framework and other relevant guidance to the country affiliates for the development of their local launch plans + Optimizes launch plans by providing guidance on benchmarks, capabilities, and launch team structure. + Partners with Digital Teams to implement an enhanced digital ecosystem, including AI technologies. + Optimizes the approach to launch governance and oversight to drive consistency, simplification, and efficiencies. **Launch Management Tracking and Reporting** + Responsible for Sanofi Integrated Launch Capabilities [SILC] + Responsible for Launch Readiness Reviews (LRR) organization, facilitation, cross-functional support and preparation, across Global and Wave 1 affiliates. Tracks and reports progress on launches according to launch plans. + Responsible for identifying capabilities of the global and country teams to drive a best-in-class launch and identifies gaps for upskilling as needed + Responsible for launch project management activities, managing relationships and resources with the hubs as needed. + Contributes to launch simulations to assess the brand’s go-to market strategy and operational readiness for launch. + Contributes to the development of launch updates for internal audiences, including regular status reporting to the Executive Launch Committee. + Contributes to the establishment of benchmarked pre-launch, launch and post-launch KPIs in line with brand strategy and responsible for tracking and reporting of the defined metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams. + Responsible for the alignment between SILC KPIs and brand KPIs in partnership with the Global Respiratory & Gastroenterology TA Heads/Indication Leads + Embeds and shares innovative launch practices from different therapeutic areas. + Partners in the development of launch curriculum to upskill internal teams on critical go-to-market capabilities **About You** **Work Experience:** + 8+ years commercialization expertise (commercial/medical), including product launches and managing complex projects + 3+ years in leading cross functional teams + 2+ years of Global experience + 2+ years of Local (in country) experience + Preference will be given to those with deep US / major market launch experience. + Deep understanding of launch excellence drivers, launch readiness framework and building BIC capabilities + Experienced in leading large, cross-functional matrix teams and influencing without authority + Agile mindset to ensure the team is working at the correct pace while remaining goal oriented. + Ability to leverage networks, to develop people, coach & give feedback, empower people. + Ability to lead change while achieving business goals & objectives.
