### **What You Will Do**
#### **Client Success and Retention**
- **Relationship Excellence:** Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned global brands, fostering deep-rooted partnerships and high satisfaction.
- **Strategic Reviews:** Conduct regular account deep-dives to assess client needs, usage patterns, and untapped growth potential.
- **Operational Health:** Take direct ownership of performance metrics. You’ll monitor and improve key indicators such as defect rates, order reject rates, and the "Business Open vs. Platform Open" ratio.
- **Conflict Resolution:** Act as the lead problem-solver, advising clients on how to optimize their operations and maximize their footprint on the Uber Eats platform.
#### **Sales Strategy and Execution**
- **Revenue Growth:** Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed ambitious sales and expansion targets.
- **Collaborative Campaigns:** Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to launch targeted upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- **Data-Driven Insights:** Analyze KPIs and market trends to provide actionable recommendations that improve both client performance and internal team workflows.
- **Specialist Coordination:** Identify opportunities for technical or specialized growth and pull in the right experts (e.g., Ads Specialists or Solutions Architects) to close the deal.
### **What You Will Need**
#### **Basic Qualifications**
- **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years** of full-time experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role. Experience in **food delivery, SaaS, or the broader tech sector** is highly preferred.
- **Enterprise Expertise:** Proven track record of managing and growing complex **enterprise partnerships**.
- **Linguistic Skills:** Professional fluency in both **English and German** is required.
- **Analytical Power:** Ability to flex your analytical skills to influence decision-makers and quantify ROI through data.
