Framing Carpenter
Job Title: Framing CarpenterJob Description

Join our team as a Framing Carpenter, where you will perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, door hanging, and cabinet or fixture installations. You will also be responsible for forming and placing concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns. The role includes general demolition of masonry, drywall, plaster, partitions, ceilings, and finishes of all types, as well as manually moving formwork, lumber, re-steel, and other materials. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential.

ResponsibilitiesPerform carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, door hanging, and cabinet/fixture installations.Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns.Conduct general demolition of masonry, drywall, plaster, partitions, ceilings, and various finishes.Manually move formwork, lumber, re-steel, and other materials as needed.
Essential SkillsCommercial construction experience.Finish carpentry skills.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with drywall, concrete, and rough carpentry.Skills in metal framing and metal stud installation.Proficiency in door installation and demolition work.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in concrete finishing.Familiarity with using a tape measure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62000.00/yr.
