Job Description
Join our team as a Framing Carpenter, specializing in installing custom windows across various structures such as schools, office buildings, industrial facilities, and apartment complexes. Our company is based out of Harrisburg, and work is typically completed within a 1.5-hour radius of Harrisburg. Begin your day at the shop, then head out to job sites with the team.
ResponsibilitiesInstall custom windows in a variety of settings, including schools, storefronts, office buildings, industrial facilities, and apartment buildings.Collaborate with the team at the shop before heading out to job sites.Occasionally participate in overnight work, with shifts lasting 4 to 10 hours, compensated with per diem.Essential SkillsProficiency with hand tools and power tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience in rough carpentry and glazing.Additional Skills & Qualifications5+ years of carpentry or glazing experience preferred.Framing experience with wood or metal.Residential or commercial carpentry experience.Skills in finishing carpentry.Why Work Here

Work Environment
Work in a family-owned company with a current field team of 12, aiming to double the workforce in the next 2 to 3 years. The standard shift is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Enjoy a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
