Job Title: Framer/Exterior - Stucco

Job Description

Work on the exterior of the complex by patching stucco and replacing wood when necessary. Light painting duties are also included. The role is based in Buena Park or Lakewood.

Responsibilities

Patch stucco on the exterior of the complex.Replace wood as needed.Perform light painting tasks.Work in teams of two to refurbish vacant apartments.

Essential Skills

Experience with exterior stucco and wood repairs.Must have own tools including skill saw, sawzal, drill, and nail gun.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Electrical and mechanical skills.General labor experience.Cleaning and plumbing knowledge.Construction and carpentry skills.Experience with stucco, painting, and finish carpentry.Proficiency in drywall and rough carpentry.Experience with metal studs and cabinetry.Ability to use hand tools and tape measures.

Work Environment

This position is on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. You will be part of a team working in pairs to refurbish vacant apartments, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
