In this role, you will play a crucial part in meeting production quotas while adhering to the highest safety and quality standards. You will work in a manufacturing environment, constructing walls, floors, trusses, and stairs using various tools and equipment. This position requires collaboration within a team of 3-4 individuals, contributing to the building of wall panels or trusses. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret tape measures accurately to 1/8". + Utilize hand and power tools, including nail guns and table saws. + Work efficiently in a fast-paced, production team environment. + Lift up to 75 lbs occasionally during shifts. + Commit to working 50 hours per week with opportunities for overtime. + Provide basic tools on the first day or acquire them through a company program. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in reading a tape measure to 1/8". + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, production team environment. + Capability to lift 75 lbs occasionally. + Willingness to work 50 hours per week. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in framing or construction is advantageous. + Familiarity with nail guns and table saws is beneficial. + Blueprint reading experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We are dedicated to maintaining a quality-driven approach that has fueled our growth for over four decades.
