**Job Title: Framer** Job Description We are seeking skilled framing carpenters for high-end, custom new build construction projects. The role involves working on multifamily commercial projects and custom new builds, with responsibilities including stick framing, prefab walls, wall panels, and wood siding. Our projects are primarily local to the Twin Cities, with additional opportunities to work in Hayward, Crosslake, Brainerd Lakes, and Pine City. Responsibilities + Perform stick framing and work with prefab walls. + Install wall panels and wood siding. + Engage in both rough and finish carpentry for commercial construction projects. + Collaborate on high-end custom new builds and multifamily commercial projects. Essential Skills + 1+ year of wood framing experience. + Proficiency in framing, construction, and rough carpentry. + Experience with wood framing and prefab techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications + OSHA 10 certification is preferred. + Experience in commercial construction is beneficial. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work schedule is from 7 AM to 4/5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional optional weekend overtime. Typical crew sizes range from 4-5 members, expanding to 7-12 for commercial jobs, and 25+ for the largest projects. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pine City, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
