**Job Title:** FPTS AI Engineer Lead

**What's the Job?**
+ Work closely with Business Owners and developers to understand documentation needs and perform validations.
+ Ensure the final product consists of standardized and detailed documents that include logic, relationships, data flow, and data architecture.
+ Lead junior engineers in engineering COBOL code and translating logic and requirements into common language.
+ Utilize advanced skills in IBM Watsonx, Artificial Intelligence, Python, and COBOL Mainframe to deliver high-quality solutions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet deadlines.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
+ Expertise in IBM Watsonx, Artificial Intelligence, Python, and COBOL Mainframe.
+ Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
