Job Description
The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in shaping the company’s revenue and profitability by developing and optimizing pricing models for both new and existing customers. This role provides financial insight and analytical rigor to support Sales, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership, ensuring pricing proposals are competitive, accurate, and aligned with margin goals. The Senior Analyst builds cost models, margin analyses, and customer‑level profitability forecasts while identifying risks, opportunities, and alternatives that improve financial outcomes. They partner closely with Sales on large or strategic deals, translating complex financial insights into clear, customer‑ready recommendations. This role also analyzes market trends, competitor pricing, and industry cost drivers to guide strategic pricing decisions as the company expands into new products, services, and industries. In addition, the Senior Analyst develops detailed pricing scenarios for bids, RFPs, SOWs, and renewals, ensuring proposals reflect operational capabilities and profitability targets. They collaborate cross‑functionally to validate assumptions, support post‑launch performance monitoring, and maintain pricing alignment with delivery expectations. The role also enhances and standardizes pricing tools, templates, and approval workflows to improve efficiency and governance. Leveraging financial systems and BI tools, the Senior Analyst helps drive automation and accuracy in pricing processes. Ultimately, this position is essential in guiding financially sound decisions that support sustainable growth.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
7+ years in FP&A, pricing, business finance, or financial modeling.
Strong modeling skills and proficiency in Excel; comfort with large datasets.
Ability to communicate clearly with leadership and customer facing teams.
Experience working cross functionally on proposals or pricing-related work. Prior experience pricing labor based services, BPO, professional services, or subscription/volume based work.
Experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Understanding of cost to serve, unit economics, and service operations.
Experience in mid market or high growth company environments where structures evolve rapidly.
Experience with Financial Institutions (plus for additional focus in Mortgage, Credit Card, Auto or Banking).
