About You

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

As the FP&A Specialist, you will support the financial planning and analysis processes for Enterprise Markets (EM) business in Western and Central Europe (WCE), developing P&L and cashflow projections, tracking progress vs. targets, analyzing trends, identifying risks & opportunities (R&O) and providing actionable recommendations. You will act as a coordinating partner across WCE stakeholders to enable execution of priorities and targets, collaborating especially with WCE EM Finance leadership.

Reporting to the Business Finance Lead WCE, Enterprise Markets, you will operate as an individual contributor (no team management responsibilities) and you will:

·  Lead the financial planning and analysis cycle for WCE, defining key timelines and activities (S&OP, quarterly forecasts, monthly reviews, weekly outlook).

·  Develop, coordinate and validate P&L and cashflow projections, ensuring timely and accurate bottom‑up inputs from multi‑functional teams.

·  Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes.

·  Support and coordinate ad‑hoc analysis (e.g., unprofitable SKU reviews, new market launch assessments).

·  Drive reporting, visibility and dashboards that support decision‑making and focus on WCE plan deliverables.

·  Influence WCE leadership and country teams to prioritize actions that support strategic and financial priorities.

Location: we can set a hybrid model (on remote / Kyiv Office) for candidates already based in Ukraine. And we can offer totally remote model for the period of martial law.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

·  Previous experience in Finance (FP&A or Commercial Finance Business Partnering).

·  University or Master’s degree.

·  Fluent English.

·  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and extract insights.
 

Preferred Qualifications

·  Strong collaboration, communication, and change‑management abilities.

·  Ability to influence without authority and work effectively with diverse teams (WCE EM Finance, EM HQ Finance, GBS, local Finance teams, etc.).

·  Comfortable learning new systems and navigating K‑C tools and organizational structures.
