We are seeking a Senior FP&A Consultant to provide strategic and hands-on support to our global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role is critical for driving cost modeling, scenario planning, and decision support initiatives. The position focuses on supporting projects across multiple regions, including significant collaboration with our team in India.
ResponsibilitiesLead and execute cost modeling initiatives to support strategic decision-making across business units.Provide expert-level support in SAP S/4HANA Actual Costing, including configuration, analysis, and reporting.Develop and manage scenario modeling frameworks to evaluate business cases, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses.Conduct make/buy modeling to support operational and sourcing decisions.Offer ad hoc financial support across multiple projects and stakeholders, serving as a flexible and capable resource for the FP&A team.Assist with management reporting consolidation, synthesizing data across regions for executive-level reporting.Collaborate with global FP&A teams, including offshore support in India, to ensure alignment and consistency in financial processes and analysis.
Essential SkillsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.10+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with a strong foundation in cost modeling and strategic finance.5+ years of hands-on experience in cost modeling, including building and analyzing cost structures.3–5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Actual Costing, with a deep understanding of cost flows and system configuration.5+ years of experience in scenario modeling and business case development.3–5 years of experience in make/buy modeling.5+ years in costing and/or FP&A at the manager/director level in recent years.Proven ability to provide ad hoc financial support across multiple projects.Experience in management reporting consolidation for executive-level reporting.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in SAP (within the past 3 years) and Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and advanced formulas.
Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience supporting global FP&A teams, with collaboration with offshore teams preferred.
Work Environment
The position is a hybrid role, with three days onsite from Tuesday to Thursday. The work environment is located in a prestigious building in Philadelphia, offering amenities such as a park, a parking garage, and a cafe. It is conveniently located near major commuting routes. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $110.00/hr.
