This role is the first FP&A function the company has had, so this person will be a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, responsible for leading the company's budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and long-range planning processes. This role plays a key part in driving business performance by delivering actionable financial insights, conducting deep operational and financial analysis, and supporting key corporate initiatives including M&A.

This position is 100% on site for the foreseeable future till the consolidations software is fully implemented and other projects to kickstart the FP&A function are completed. It pays $150-200k + 20% Bonus based off experience. The person ideally has manufacturing industry experience, and 8+ years as a Senior Financial Analyst ready for that next step or an FP&A Manager that is comfortable digging through data initially.
