**About the Role:**
As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Consultant at CBRE, you will play a critical role in managing financial reporting and analysis to measure profitability across regions, lines of business, or client portfolios. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions and deliver insights that drive business performance.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
+ Review and approve balance sheet account analysis, cash flow statements, and consolidated reporting packages.
+ Validate and approve monthly journal entries in PeopleSoft and HFM.
+ Conduct financial and business studies to support decision-making.
+ Prepare routine and ad hoc financial reports, pro forma evaluations, and presentations for senior management.
+ Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to management on financial policies and applications.
+ Oversee projects and deliver impactful presentations to leadership.
+ Apply advanced financial principles to solve complex challenges and provide innovative solutions.
+ Mentor team members and share expertise across disciplines.
+ Model CBRE’s RISE values and foster collaboration across teams.
+ Support voucher processing and manage commission payments for Capital Markets brokers.
+ Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis for the team.

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to exercise sound judgment using multiple data sources.
+ A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge existing solutions and propose new perspectives.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ Exceptional organizational skills and a naturally inquisitive approach.
+ Solid math and financial calculation skills (percentages, fractions, and related computations).
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
