You will work closely with senior finance leaders, emerging business units, and global functions to provide insight that drives better commercial outcomes.
What you’ll be responsible for

Acting as a primary analyst for global budget and forecast cycles, including weekly expected finish modelling, consolidation, and variance analysis
Supporting markets through planning cycles with data, templates, and financial guidance
Acting as a finance subject matter expert for global planning and financial systems and tools (e.g. Hubble/Insight), including data integrity, governance, and reporting packs
Supporting budget, forecast and management reporting, including executive and shareholder (Haier) submissions
Driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives to streamline planning and reporting to enable greater value-add partnering
What we’re looking for
3-5 years’ experience in an FP&A, Financial Analyst, or Finance Business Partnering role within a fast-paced, commercial environment
Experience in a medium to large, preferably global organisation, with exposure to complex value chains and/or multi-market operations
Strong grounding in financial planning & analysis, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a forward-looking, commercial context
Proven experience supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, including analysis, consolidation, and variance reporting
Advanced analytical capability, with a track record of translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
Confidence partnering with senior and non-finance stakeholders and operating effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments
A continuous improvement mindset, with experience simplifying, automating, or improving finance and reporting processes
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems, planning tools, ERPs, and BI platforms is highly regarded
Why join us
You’ll be part of a high-impact Global FP&A team, with exposure to senior leadership, global decision-making, and emerging areas of the business. This role offers strong development opportunities for someone looking to deepen their FP&A capability and progress toward more senior commercial or business partnering roles.
What we offer
Along with a competitive salary, flexible working, ongoing development and excellent growth and progression opportunities, as a valued member of our team you’ll enjoy generous discounts on Fisher & Paykel and Haier products, life & disability insurance, discounted medical cover, access to our superannuation scheme, our subsidised staff café, and free car parking when you are on-site.
