**Job Title:** FP&A Analyst

**Pay Rate:** W2 $60 to 75 hr
**Position Overview:**
Our client has an immediate need for a skilled FP&A Analyst to support their finance team. The ideal candidate will bring advanced Excel expertise, hands-on experience with NetSuite, and a strong background in both brick-and-mortar and online retail operations. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
+ Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business decisions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance trends and variances.
+ Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior leadership.
+ Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
+ Ensure data accuracy and integrity within NetSuite and other financial systems.
+ Identify and implement process improvements within FP&A functions.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, preferably in the retail sector.
+ Proficiency in NetSuite ERP and advanced Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros).
+ Experience in both physical retail and e-commerce environments.
+ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
+ Understanding of retail KPIs and inventory management.
+ CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
