Temporary position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)Temporary position $20.00 /hour Operate GTAW/GMAW welding apparatus to join parts that meet customer/internal weld specificationsUnderstand GTAW/GMAW welder capabilitiesUtilize precision measurement equipment, including micrometers, scales, calipers, and levels to ensure components meet specificationsParticipate in GAP team – provide input on HSE issues/process improvements/problem solvingForvia Tech Welder Qualifications:
Requires at least 2 years in Welding CurriculumPrevious Certification REQUIREDAccurately interpret dimensional blueprints\specifications including GD&T and metric or English measurementsExperience with micrometers, scales, calipers, and levels to ensure components meet specificationsKnow, understand, follow, and instruct others on all applicable TS16949, ISO14001 and internal Faurecia policies and proceduresWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.The employee must frequently lift and/or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50lbsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
