Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Concrete Form Carpenters to join our team in Frederick, MD. As a Form Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in shaping structures by forming and stripping concrete panels and tilt-up walls, ensuring high-quality construction and craftsmanship.

ResponsibilitiesForm tilt-up walls and footers, ensuring precision and durability.Strip down forms and panels efficiently and safely.Operate impact screw guns to fasten and remove screws.Collect lumber and organize it on skids for easy access and storage.Essential SkillsMinimum of 4 years experience in concrete carpentry/form carpentry.Proficiency in formwork and concrete finishing techniques.Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and bending.Additional Skills & QualificationsAdditional experience in concrete work is beneficial.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role is based in an outdoor setting, where you'll be working directly with concrete materials. The environment is heavy and can be dirty, requiring a readiness to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
