**Job Title: Warehouse Operator** **Job Description** Join a full-service distributor of bulk food ingredients as a Warehouse Operator. We specialize in distributing bulk ingredients to renowned companies, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of goods within our fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Operate sit-down forklifts to move products efficiently. + Utilize computer systems and RF scan guns for accurate product handling. + Lift and transport items weighing up to 80 lbs. + Record data meticulously to ensure inventory accuracy. + Perform case picking and unloading tasks with precision. + Read and interpret labels to prevent product mixing, adhering to food safety guidelines. + Be aware of allergen and cross-contamination protocols. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of forklift experience. + Proficiency in warehouse inventory management. + Capability to lift up to 80 lbs. + High School Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with food safety guidelines and procedures. + Experience with RF scan gun usage. **Why Work Here?** We offer excellent benefits and are a growing organization with a friendly culture. Openings are available from Monday through Friday, 5 AM to 1:30 PM, or 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Overtime is available but not mandatory. The dress code includes shorts or pants, sleeved shirts without profanity, and steel-toed shoes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Liberty, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
