Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Forklift Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Forklift Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, acute attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Forklift Warehouse Associate
**Location:** Elkridge, MD
**Pay Range: $20.00 per hours**
**Shift:** 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Transport incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools and vehicles.
+ Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
+ Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
+ Pick, pack, and ship materials and products accurately and efficiently.
+ Conduct physical inventory counts and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
**What's Needed?**
+ Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
+ Forklift and Order Picker certification recommended/required.
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage priorities effectively.
+ Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
+ Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
