Forklift Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift (Schuylkill Haven, PA)

Pay:

1st Shift: $19.22/hr | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: $19.97/hr | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a fast-paced, outdoor environment. This role involves operating sit-down, gas-powered forklifts and handling heavy reels. Attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate sit-down gas forklifts safely and efficiently Pick orders from paper lists (no scanners) Load/unload 10–30 trucks daily Pull and move reels as required Work in outdoor climate conditions Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a noisy, fast-paced setting 2nd shift: Must work independently and demonstrate strong reliability

Requirements:

Previous forklift experience (sit-down, gas-powered) Ability to work in outdoor conditions and noisy environments Strong attention to detail Dependable and self-motivated (especially for 2nd shift)
