Our client, a leader in warehousing and logistics, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting logistics and distribution teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Forklift Operator
**Location:** Livonia, MI
**Pay Range:** $19.50
**Shift:** Second Shift, Monday through Friday, 5pm until 1:30am. Must work weekends and overtime.
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)
+ Assist in the movement and storage of materials within the warehouse
+ Ensure safety procedures are followed during all operations
+ Support inventory management and documentation tasks
+ Participate in team projects and perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
**What's Needed?**
+ Prior experience required
+ Ability to operate mechanical equipment safely and efficiently
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude
+ Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
