What You’ll DoReceive incoming shipments and verify all documentation, SKU numbers, quantities, and product quality.Stock items from vendors and manufacturing plants into bulk storage locations.Consolidate items with matching SKU numbers to maintain organized inventory flow.Pull bulk products and restock pick zones for daily order fulfillment.Work closely with Inventory Control to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.Pick and retrieve specific products from designated pick locations for outbound shipping.Transfer cartons from shipping lanes and stack them onto pallets for loading.Maintain productivity and accuracy levels that meet department standards.Safely operate power industrial equipment, including electric pallet jacks.What You Bring1–2 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, picking, or material handling.Hands‑on experience with electric pallet jacks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.Ability to read and understand pick lists, labels, and warehouse documentation.Strong counting skills and high attention to detail.Basic computer skills and understanding of warehouse/distribution processes.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.Capability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.Preferred Extras2+ years of verifiable experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.Previous experience operating power industrial vehicles.Comfortable working in multi‑level warehouse modules and at heights.Flexibility to work overtime with short notice.Why You’ll Love Working HereA brand‑new, climate‑controlled, 400,000 sq. ft. facility designed for efficiency and comfort.Opportunities to earn pay raises when converting from temporary to permanent status.A full, competitive benefits package when hired on.A safe, modern, and well‑organized environment with supportive leadership.Your Work Environment

Located in Tempe, AZ, this warehouse offers:

A clean, modern distribution setting with full air conditioning.1st shift schedule, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility as needed.Work that requires lifting up to 40 lbs, frequent walking, stair climbing, and material handling.Use of required PPE and safe working practices at all times.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
