Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Forklift Operator and Material Handler, where you will be working with motorcycle accessories such as helmets, heavy-duty coats, boots, gloves, and neck covers. You will operate both sit-down and stand-up reach trucks, as well as cherry pickers. This position requires comfort with heights, as you will be replenishing, receiving, and organizing products using an RF scan gun.
ResponsibilitiesOperate sit-down and stand-up reach trucks and cherry pickers.Replenish products, receive incoming stock, and put away items.Pull stock from overstock and place it in the pick location.Assist with unloading containers by sorting cartons to pallets.Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the warehouse.Essential Skills3+ years of forklift operating experience.Ability to operate a cherry picker and reach truck.Comfortable with heights as equipment goes up in the air.Experience with RF scan gun and WMS.Proficiency in replenishment, stocking, and receiving.Additional Skills & QualificationsCapability to handle heavy lifting (50-70 lbs).Attention to detail.Ability to perform general labor tasks such as palletizing, loading/unloading trucks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work on the 2nd shift from 12pm-9pm, Monday to Friday, with rare Saturday shifts. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift from 8am-5pm. The warehouse is non-climate controlled, but equipped with fans and cooling stations. The break room is climate controlled, and employees receive popsicles, water, and Gatorade. The dress code includes jeans or shorts, t-shirts, and closed-toed shoes. This is a fast-paced shipping/receiving environment requiring standing, bending, lifting, and stooping.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southaven, Mississippi.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
