**Job Title: Forklift Operator and Material Handler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator and Material Handler to join our team. This role involves a significant amount of overtime currently, including Saturdays for at least the next month. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with heavy lifting of up to 75 lbs, and have experience operating a forklift, though usage is minimal. The role requires being on your feet, walking and standing for the entire shift, and working both on and off the forklift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up the assembly line for production each day.
+ Conduct routine cycle counting.
+ Use computers and SAP for inventory tasks.
+ Operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks regularly.
+ Pull, stage, and count parts, tools, and materials for assemblers.
+ Create warehouse pulls and manage inventory control.
+ Build kits of materials as needed.
+ Utilize RF scan guns for inventory processes.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with forklifts, particularly sit-down forklifts.
+ Proficiency in order pulling and cycle counting.
+ Familiarity with RF scanners and SAP.
+ Experience in inventory control, logistics, and shipping/receiving.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous inventory experience is mandatory.
+ Ability to follow directions accurately.
+ Strong understanding of inventory processes and logistics.

**Work Environment**
Work hours are from 6am to 2:30pm at an extremely clean manufacturing site. There is potential to grow into a 3 million sqft climate-controlled campus. Composite shoes are required for safety.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
