Job Description
The forklift operator will manage essential tasks on the receiving dock, ensuring the smooth unloading and staging of shipments using various forklifts and RF scanning equipment.
Responsibilities
Use stand-up reach trucks (Crown model) and cherry picker forklifts (Yale, Crown) to transport skids from staging areas to the warehouse for put away.Utilize RF scanning equipment to scan barcodes on wrapped skids and enter the shipment into the warehouse management system.Essential Skills
At least 1 year of prior forklift experience required; 2+ years preferred.Experience with stand-up reach forklifts, especially Crown brand.Proficiency in using RF scanning equipment.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in shipping and receiving roles.Experience with loading and unloading trucks.Ability to enter received shipments into the warehouse management system.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The receiving area consists of approximately 23 bay doors where trucks are brought in for unloading. The dock is not climate-controlled, and employees will frequently transition between the dock and trucks. Available shifts include 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with other shifts being fully staffed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.12 - $23.12/hr.
