Job Title: A Shift - Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in organizing storage locations, preparing shipments, and maintaining inventory. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities

Organize storage locations for inventory and shipment staging.Label customer freight accurately.Prepare flatbeds for loading by locating, picking, and loading customer shipments according to the load sheet and verification.Assist in maintaining packaging inventory and replenishment from suppliers for tri-wall airbags and plastic.Become forklift certified and operate the forklift in a safe and effective manner.Maintain general housekeeping using the 6S process.

Essential Skills

6 months to 1 year of forklift and warehouse experience.Proficiency with RF scanners, material handling, sit-down forklifts, packing, picking, pallet jacks, and shipping and receiving.Experience in warehouse inventory management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
