**Forklift Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in managing materials within one of the world's largest deep freezers at -55 degrees Celsius. As a leading manufacturer of probiotics, enzymes, bacteria, and bio-solutions, we offer a challenging and rewarding environment for dedicated individuals. **Responsibilities** + Operate sit-down forklifts to maneuver materials efficiently. + Load and unload trucks and frozen trailers with precision. + Stage orders accurately for shipment. + Perform cycle counts, pick orders, and compact materials inside the -55 degree Celsius freezer. + Utilize SAP/ERP systems for effective inventory tracking and management. + Use RF scanners for efficient inventory operations. + Maintain cleanliness of the freezer by scraping ice off floors. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in material handling and warehouse operations for 2+ years. + 1+ years of experience with ERP/SAP systems. + 1+ years of loading and unloading trucks. + Comfort working in ultra-cold environments (-55 degrees Celsius). + Proficiency in inventory management and cycle counting. + Experience with sanitization, palletizing, and RF scanners. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read and write in English. + Basic math skills. + High School Diploma. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) with up to 9% company contribution. Spend up to 80% of your workday in the ultra-cold freezer at -55 degrees Celsius. We provide all necessary personal protective equipment, including a snow suit/freezer suit, face mask, boots, hearing protection, safety glasses, and radio. The remaining 20% of your time will be in ambient warehouse conditions. Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently and 100lbs with assistance is required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.85 - $19.85/hr.
