**Forklift Driver – Night Shift (6pm–6am)** We are hiring an experienced Forklift Driver for a **night shift (6pm–6am)** position. This role involves operating a sit‑down, propane‑powered forklift to support warehouse operations, including picking, scanning, stacking, loading, and unloading products. Additional duties include inspecting damaged items, completing rework tasks, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. **Key Responsibilities** + Operate a sit‑down, propane forklift to pick, scan, and move orders + Stack and prepare pallets to customer specifications + Inspect and rework damaged product as needed + Load and unload trucks and place product in correct warehouse locations + Support general warehouse cleaning and basic maintenance tasks **Qualifications** + Previous forklift experience in a warehouse setting + Ability to use RF scanners + Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English + Experience in quality control or inventory work is a plus **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Branch, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
