**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced forklift driver who can also pass a DOT physical to drive a box truck. Candidates should possess intermediate computer skills, RF scanning experience, and some warehouse or production support experience. Problem-solving skills will be considered an advantage.
**Responsibilities**
+ Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.
+ Demonstrate and promote the company's vision.
+ Follow standard operating procedures.
+ Willingness to learn and understand the goals of the department.
+ Assist other team members with fulfilling all internal requests.
+ Ensure inventory is stored properly and safely, maintaining the warehouse for safety, neatness, and organization.
+ Stock warehouse areas with necessary items needed for on-time job completion using a First In, First Out (FIFO) system.
+ Locate inventory in appropriate storage locations, including cold chain, staging, and controlled areas.
+ Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy, assist other departments with inventory movements, and run inventory reports for stock put-away.
+ Review replenishment reports to support put-away processes associated with distribution protocols.
+ Replenish distribution protocols in forward pick zones and move stagnant protocols for long-term storage.
+ Put away canceled distribution orders, including performing a cycle count prior to put-away to ensure inventory accuracy.
+ Identify discrepancies as they arise and assist with problem-solving to resolve them.
+ Assist with technician I duties when needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with forklifts, stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach forklifts.
+ Proficiency in RF scanner and inventory control.
+ Computer experience with order selecting and material handling.
+ Ability to use computer and RF technologies.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Willingness to train and qualify on stand-up forklifts and order pickers.
+ Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
+ Basic math skills for counting purposes.
+ Capability of passing all standards needed for TSA clearance.
+ Prior forklift experience is a plus.
+ Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
+ Computer literacy with an understanding of Microsoft Windows.
+ High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Good communication skills.
+ Mastery of skills required to read, understand, and adhere to SOPs and policies of a GMP environment.

**Work Environment**
The position requires working in a manufacturing environment with some clean rooms. Exposure to different temperature extremes, from -30°C to 25°C, for up to 30 minutes at a time is expected. The position also requires working in atmospheric conditions that may require PAPR. Shifts available are 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, Mon-Fri) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am, Mon-Fri).
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.35 - $21.27/hr.
