Forklift Operator     I    1st Shift    I     $19.00 h/r     I     Richmond, VA Join The Reserves Network and our industry leading client in Richmond, VA!  We are currently seeking forklift operators and would like to hear from you today if you have relevant experience.  Overview:This position is responsible for transporting incoming freight from staging areas to designated inventory locations within the warehouse while maintaining safety, GMP, and quality standards. The role includes replenishing pick slots, rotating date-sensitive inventory, and supporting efficient production flow. This team-oriented position requires operating material handling equipment and performing inventory transactions using RF devices. Additional duties may be assigned to support operational needs. Duties include: Transport, inspect, and store incoming freight using forklifts, hi-lifts, and power jacksReplenish pick slots, rotate inventory, and remove outdated or overstocked items per company policyPerform safety checks, temperature and quality inspections, and RF data entryMaintain housekeeping standards and properly dispose of pallets, packaging, and waste materialsSecure equipment, complete inspections, and finalize paperwork at the end of each shift Requirements include: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experienceAbility to bend, twist, stand, sit, and lift throughout the shift2+ years prior forklift experience in a warehouse environment  Benefits:$19 hourly rate of pay1st shift hours (Must be able to work M-F 6am until and rotating Sunday’s)Multiple Healthcare Plans Dental Vision Accident, Disability, Life Direct Deposit/Pay Cards 401(k) Referral Bonuses  Since 1984, The Reserves Network continues to partner with the finest employers to provide opportunities within the office, industrial, professional, and technical markets.
