**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Forklift Operator where you will play a key role in preparing and shipping industry-leading fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products. Your attention to detail and experience with industrial material handling equipment will ensure the efficient movement of goods. **Responsibilities** + Prepare and ship high-quality fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products. + Pick and pull parts accurately to fulfill orders. + Load freight into trailers securely and efficiently. + Open crates and handle materials using various industrial equipment. + Operate forklifts, scanners, and shrink wrap machines. **Essential Skills** + Experience with inventory management. + Proficient in forklift operation. + Skilled in material handling. + Familiarity with RF scanners, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of forklift experience is preferred. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic work environment where your contributions are valued. Flexibility to stay until the work is completed is required, which may extend the day to 6:30 PM with prior notice. Overtime is generally an extension of the regular shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Kutztown, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
