Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and mechanically inclined Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage in general labor tasks, operate machinery, perform quality checks, inspect cranes, and facilitate crane loading. A basic mechanical inclination and a willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with smartphone applications and basic Excel knowledge is beneficial.
Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment and perform standard and preventive maintenance.Function check cranes, inspect fluids, and utilize hand tools and die grinders.Load trucks using forklifts and guide pieces on site.Assist the quality team in performing audits and ensuring QA for end users.Work collaboratively with the team in a small company environment.Upload data from monthly audits using an iPhone application.Work outside in various weather conditions, ensuring attention to detail with driver loads.Essential Skills
Heavy equipment experience.Mechanical experience in standard and preventive maintenance.Basic understanding and use of hand tools.Ability to work outside in all conditions.Comfortable using smartphones and Excel applications.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shady Grove, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
