**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a Crown Reach Truck to efficiently and safely unload materials. You will ensure load stability while maneuvering equipment in tight spaces and perform tasks such as retrieving and placing pallets at varying heights, including high-level racking. Your role will also involve performing daily equipment inspections, maintaining compliance with OSHA standards, and accurately scanning and recording inventory movements using warehouse management systems. **Responsibilities** + Operate Crown Reach Truck to unload materials. + Safely maneuver equipment in tight spaces while maintaining load stability. + Retrieve and place pallets at varying heights, including high-level racking. + Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. + Follow warehouse safety protocols and comply with OSHA standards. + Accurately scan, label, and record inventory movements using warehouse management systems (WMS). + Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and order picking. + Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet productivity goals. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. **Essential Skills** + Experience using the stand-up forklift (Crown Reach Truck). + Ability to lift up to 50lbs. + Proficient in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, and unloading/loading trucks. + Experience with reach truck operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with slit machine is a plus. + Proficiency in using RF Scan gun. + Experience with sit-down forklift operations. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values a great work culture and offers a clean and well-organized warehouse environment.
