**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled forklift operator to efficiently load and unload materials and deliveries, as well as move them to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks. Your role will involve transporting materials within the facility, ensuring the production schedule is met, and maintaining inventory control. **Responsibilities** + Obtain a copy of the production schedule or shipping order and transport materials or equipment within the facility. + Provide raw or WHIP stock to production machines according to the production schedule. + Load and unload goods from vehicles. + Move goods packed on pallets or slip sheets around the storage facility. + Stack goods in the correct storage bays as per inventory control instructions. + Stack empty pallets and remove machine attachments and waste material. + Dump materials into machine hoppers. **Essential Skills** + 6 months to 1 year of forklift operating experience (sit down or stand up). + Material handling experience. + Proficient in picking, packing, and unloading. + Experience with RF scanners. + Experience in shipping. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Ability to lift 10-30 lbs. consistently. + Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours per day. **Why Work Here?** Become a part of a privately owned, stable, and growing company that takes pride in its facility and offers great benefits.
