Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Elkhart, IN

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday–Friday, either 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. with some flexibility with start times

What's the Job?

Operate forklifts safely to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise Ensure proper handling and storage of materials in the warehouse Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

What's Needed?

Preferably 3+ years of relevant forklift operation experience Ability to safely lift and move up to 70 pounds Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable and dependable work ethic Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
