**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** Seeking an experienced forklift operator with 1-2 years of experience in either a traditional stand-up or sit-down forklift within a warehouse environment. The candidate must be proficient in scanning inventory using a scanner and computer system, as well as handling pallets by stacking, loading, unloading, and staging. **Responsibilities** + Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move and stage pallets. + Scan inventory in and out using a scanner and computer system. + Handle pallets by stacking, loading, unloading, and staging. + Support production ramp by efficiently moving pallets and staging orders. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of experience operating either a sit-down or traditional stand-up forklift. + Proficiency in using a scanner and computer system for inventory management. + Experience in handling pallets, including stacking, loading, unloading, and staging. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift certification is preferred (traditional stand-up or sit-down). + Ability to use computers and scanners effectively. + Previous inventory experience is advantageous. + Skills in shipping and receiving are a plus. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a potential contract-to-hire opportunity based on performance, providing stability and growth within a dynamic work environment. **Work Environment** Work involves being on the forklift 75% of the day to move pallets and stage orders.
