**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description**
The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count products. This role requires accountability for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift and may involve performing additional duties.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Move, locate, relocate, stack, and count products accurately.
+ Perform basic data entry tasks and use handheld scanners and tablets.
+ Adhere to forklift safety training and protocols.
+ Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Computer proficiency including basic data entry and familiarity with MS Office.
+ Strong communication skills in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Attention to detail.
+ Capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
+ Completion of Forklift Safety Training.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is clean and temperature-controlled. The position offers two shifts: 1st shift from 6:45 am to 3:15 pm, Monday to Friday, and 2nd shift from 3:30 pm to 12 am. Employees must adhere to a dress code suitable for a warehouse setting.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coatesville, PA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
