**Job Title: Forklift Operator** Job Description Operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to move corrugated products efficiently. Engage in picking products from double deep racks, utilize cherry picking techniques, load and unload trucks, and perform cycle counting and inventory verification. Ensure product loads are accurate and timely deliveries are made. Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, or fueling. Accurately weigh materials or products, record weights, and signal workers to manage materials effectively. Responsibilities + Operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to move products. + Pick products from double deep racks using cherry picking techniques. + Load and unload trucks efficiently. + Conduct cycle counting and verify inventory accuracy. + Review product loads for accuracy and ensure timely and complete deliveries. + Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment. + Weigh materials or products, and record weight and other production data. + Signal workers to discharge, dump, or level materials. Essential Skills + 2+ years of experience with stand-up forklift operation. + Experience with reach trucks. + Proficiency in picking orders, cycle counting, and inventory management. + Skills in shipping, receiving, and material handling. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. + Team player attitude. + Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control. + In-house certification provided with minimum 6 months of experience operating the stand-up reach forklift.
