**Job Title: Forklift Operator** Job Description This position involves picking and putting away warehouse orders into and out of racks and bulk areas. It includes staging pickups for the next day and organizing orders received that day. Responsibilities + Operate sit-down counterbalance, order picker, and reach forklifts. + Lift and handle items weighing up to 60 lbs. + Engage in hand bombing and unloading tasks. + Stage pickups for the following day. + Organize and store incoming orders. + Maintain good organizational skills in a warehousing environment. Essential Skills + Must have a valid license for sit-down counterbalance, order picker, and reach forklifts. + Minimum 3 years of sit-down forklift experience. + Forklift certified with fall protection certification. + 3rd Party Forklift Certification. + Good reading and writing skills. The team is small, with 2-4 people plus office staff, and the culture is relaxed and flexible, focusing on completing tasks efficiently and safely. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, and the shift runs from 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.
