Dawn Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PMMid Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PMPosition Summary

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operators with stand-up forklift experience to join our warehouse team. This role involves freight handling, palletizing, and quality checks in a fast-paced cross-dock environment. Minimal training will be provided, so prior experience is essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate stand-up forklifts (Crown Electric preferred) safely and efficiently.Load and unload freight from containers and trucks.Perform manual stacking and palletizing of products.Conduct quality checks and use RF scanners for inventory accuracy.Lift and handle weights between 50–75 lbs regularly, and up to 120 lbs with assistance.Support freight handling operations and cover shortages as needed.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 6 months of stand-up forklift experience.Prior cross-dock warehouse experience.Ability to read and verify product numbers with high attention to detail.Willingness to perform manual loading/unloading throughout the shift.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Crown Electric stand-up loader, cherry picker, and reach forklift.Familiarity with sit-down forklift models.Work EnvironmentMedium-sized team (10+ employees) in a busy expeditors warehouse.Products stored on central racks with surrounding dock doors.Continuous forklift movement and manual handling required.Why Join Us?Premium pay above market standards.Holiday pay eligibility after 90 days.No drug screening required.Opportunity for contract-to-hire based on performance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
