**Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Material Handler to join our dynamic team. This role involves operating material handling equipment, loading and unloading freight, and managing product movement using handheld barcode scanners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. Shift: 9am-6:30pm Pay: $21/hour Responsibilities + Operate materials handling equipment effectively. + Load and unload freight with precision. + Move products for receipt, picking, or packing using handheld barcode scanners. + Check or count freight for accuracy. + Inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklift equipment daily. + Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. + Assist in maintaining warehouse security. + Promote safety in all operations. + Perform other job functions as assigned. Essential Skills + 6+ months of warehouse work experience in pick/pack/kitting. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Proficiency in performing cycle counts. + Certified and experienced with stand-up order picker and reach style forklifts. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Quick learner with excellent attention to detail. + Proficiency with PCs. + Nice to have: additional forklift experience. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a warehouse environment with hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.
